Property Description
Apt. Super Balmes is a super combination of 2 brand new apartments located in the heart of Barcelona’s center. In these apartments you can rent a private room and use all the common facilities. This idea gives Barcelona visitors an economic option in accommodation with the opportunity to have kitchen facilities and a great environment to meet people and share information about the city.
The design and refurbishment of the apartments have been done with you the guest in mind. The use of space, light, and materials give a very comfortable and functional stay in the apartment. Below is a brief informative description of our New Apt. Super Balmes.
ROOMS: All rooms are PRIVATE and LOCKABLE. All rooms are for 2 people and are equipped with 2 single beds (PRIVATE TWIN) or with one big bed (PRIVATE DOUBLE). All rooms have exterior balconies with window door. This is great for natural light and fresh air. All room have heat and fan. And finally all rooms are equipped with bed linens and towels.
KITCHEN: The kitchens a new and stylish and equipped with all cooking and eating utensils. You will find Fridge to keep you goods, Microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, and stove. (neither kitchen have conventional ovens) There are tables and chairs for 8 people.
BATHROOMS: The bathrooms have specially designed for the comfort of the guest. The facilities are all separate. This means one person only occupies one facility which in returns results in NO WAITING ;-). Each apartment has 2 separate showers, 2 separate toilets and 2 separate.
CLEANING: There is daily cleaning of all the apartments COMMON AREAS. There is NO cleaning of the rooms unless you stay 6 nights or more and schedule your room clean.
The apartments are not only beautiful, economic, well equipped and intelligently designed the location is absolutely perfect for those who wish to stay in the center of Barcelona.
Location
The location is SUPER because we are located just 5 minutes walk to Barcelona center square PLACA DE CATALUNYA and LAS RAMBLAS and also the metro stops CATALUNYA and UNIVERSITAT, The apartment is located near the main shopping and touristic area. (PG. DE GRACIA, BORNE, BARRIO GOTTICO, BEACH/PORTS) The beach/port area is a 20 min. walk and if you like night life there are also many pubs and clubs with in 10 min walk.

Apartment Conditions:
MINIMUM STAY: (3 nights)
CHILD POLICY: (Children 12 yrs and younger are not allowed to stay in the apartment.)
NO RECEPTION AREA!!! (The management office hours are EVERYDAY from 9 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your EXACT CHECK IN TIME.)
FREE CHECK IN: 12:00 pm to 21 pm
LATE CHECK IN CHARGES:
25 euros (21:01 pm to 23:00 pm)
50 euros (23:01 pm to 1:00 am)
75 euros (1:01 am to 11:59 pm)
CHECK OUT: 11 am
NO LUGGAGE STORAGE: (If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the SANTS train station or the NORD bus station.)
CASH ON ARRIVAL: (The remaining balance is due on arrival in CASH EUROS ONLY! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.)
48 HRS. CANCELLATION POLICY: (Please note that cancellations must be done by email a minimum of 48hrs prior to arrival date. otherwise you will be charged the first night accommodation.)
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Understand that if your group is 6 people or more you MAY BE REQUIRED to leave a 100% refundable security deposit.

Apt. SUPER Balmes is located at BALMES 12, on the corner of BALMES and RONDA UNIVERSITAT. The entrance sets between two cafes. (cafe-cafe and cafe balmes 12)
METRO: Universitat or Catalunya
FROM BARCELONA AIRPORT:
Take the Aerobus to Placa Catalunya. From Placa Catalunya it is about an 8 minute walk across the Placa to the corner of Balmes and Ronda Universitat.
FROM SANTS TRAIN/BUS STATION:
Take the (Green)L3 metro to the station Catalunya. Walk to the corner of Balmes and Ronda Universitat.
FROM 'ESTACIO DEL NORD' BUS STATION:
Take a taxi to the corner of BALMES and RONDA UNIVERSITAT or take the metro to the UNIVERSITAT stop.
