Property Description
This apartment is just perfect for a couple. It has been renovated in April 2004. The location is also very good.
The apartment is only minutes away from las Ramblas and very close to the port and the Maremagnum mall. Port Olimpico which has another beach and lots of bars and night life is ten minutes walk away. El Borne, the city's arts centre containing the Picasso museum, bars and cafes is an eight-minute walk away.
The Gothic Quarter is one of the most impressive areas and can be reached in less than 8 minutes by foot.
Closer to the apartment, Paseo Joan Borbo, the main street in Barceloneta, is one of the best places to try typical Spanish food, including fresh fish and seafood.
