Property Description Enjoy Barcelona in the comfort of our stylish Bed and Breakfast. Located in the heart of the city, the 'Eixample', our spacious apartment has been beautifully renovated and furnished with local art and antiques. The proprietor is a Spanish artist and art collector. He studied art at La Llotja, the same school Picasso attended. A native of Barcelona, he is an excellent source for information. He's also more than happy to give guided tours in and out of his city. Our bed and breakfast has 4 bedrooms and one suite (all the rooms have wireless Internet, big flat digital TV, DVD...). In Barcino147 B&B there are 3 bathrooms, and a large kitchen for everyone's use. There are hard wood floors with oriental rugs, beautiful furniture with inlayed Spanish designs. Adorning the walls you will find oil paintings, prints, pottery and carvings. Some artwork is for sale. Antique gold mirrors and leaded glass doors to the studio give the place an elegant cosy style. Eat in cosy and bohemian restaurants. Try your hand bargaining at the colourful flea market. Want to get out of the city for a day excursion? Your host can take you up the coast of Costa Brava to a little seaside town, or stop at a cove where you can swim and eat fresh caught seafood right on the beach. Your host will have many recommendations not found in guidebooks.
