Property Description This ground-floor flat was recently renovated. Very open space with 2 single beds separated from the living-quarter. There is a open-plan american kitchen, fully equipped with washing-machine,fridge,electric cooking fascilities (incl.oven), micro-wave,coffee-maker and water-boiler. In the salon there is a comfortable sofa-bed which can sleep 2 persons. Colour t.v. present.There is also a modern bathroom with shower. The apartment has its own private entrance and can sleep a maximum of 4 persons. Bed linen and towels are included. There are no cleaning charges. However, we expect that the guests leave the apartment the same way as they found it upon arrival. If we have to do a major cleaning up job, we may deduct cleaning-costs from the security deposit.
