Apt. Corsega is nicely located in the center of Barcelona, just a 20 min. walk to the Rambla or Sagrada Familia. This beautiful top floor apartment offers 4 economical private twin rooms, all with 2 single beds, locking doors, closets and parquet floors.
One of the rooms is an 'en-suite' with Air conditioning,balcony and private bathroom w/shower. The other 3 private twin rooms share one bathroom with tub/shower and all the guests share the 'fully equip' kitchen.
Location
The apartment is located in a great neighborhood just a 20 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of La Rambla or the Sagrada Familia. Just behind the apartment building is the area of Gracia. Gracia is local neighborhood were you wont find many tourists ,but its a great place to be a tourist. This area is safe and full small streets and old squares occupied with local shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. After enjoying your local neighborhood and are ready to go for all the main attractions of Barcelona you can take a short walk down to the center of jump on the main metro line just a 10 minute walk.

Apartment Conditions
MINIMUM STAY: (3 nights)
CHILD POLICY: (Children 12 yrs and younger are not allowed to stay in the apartment.)
GROUP POLICY: (We do not accept reservations for groups of MORE than 4 people.)
NO RECEPTION AREA!!! (The management office hours are EVERYDAY from 9 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your EXACT CHECK IN TIME.)
FREE CHECK IN: 12:00 pm to 21 pm
LATE CHECK IN CHARGES:
25 euros (21:01 pm to 23:00 pm)
50 euros (23:01 pm to 1:00 am)
75 euros (1:01 am to 11:59 pm)
CHECK OUT: 11 am
NO LUGGAGE STORAGE: (If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the SANTS train station or the NORD bus station.)
CASH ON ARRIVAL: (The remaining balance is due on arrival in CASH EUROS ONLY! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.)
48 HRS. CANCELLATION POLICY: (Please note that cancellations must be done by email a minimum of 48hrs prior to arrival date. otherwise you will be charged the first night accommodation.)
