Apt. Beach View is a spacious two bedroom apartment located 5 min. from Barcelona's most popular beach and a nice 20 min. walk to Las Ramblas.

This apartment has been nicely renovated and has a very comfortable and relaxing ambient. There is tile floor throughout, and the rustic ceilings have been nicely preserved. The bright kitchen is fully equiped with all utensils for eating and cooking and there is also dinning table and chairs. From the kitchen area you enter the terrace wich has a nice Beach View. There is also a fresh bathroom with shower. This spacious flat has two rooms. One room is the bedroom with one double bed and the other room can be used as a bedroom but is more of a relaxing room and has a sofa/bed, TV, radio and large closet. The apartment also has wireless internet acess.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to narrow staircases we strongly recommend you not to bring large, hard suitcases since they can be difficult to carry up the stairs (soft bags might be more suitable).

Location:

The apartment is nicley situated on a quiet street in the Barceloneta. The most popular beach is just a 5 min. walk and La Rambla and Port Olympic are both a nice scenic 20 min. walk. Also, near the apartment you will find a large fresh food market, restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarket, internet cafe and bus & metro stops.

If you´re looking for a comfortable/spacious apartment near the beach and still be close to all the action of the city centre and Port Vell. Then Apt. Beach View is great choice for your Barcelona vacation.

Apartment Conditions:

NO RECEPTION AREA!!! (The managment office hours are EVERYDAY from 9 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your EXACT CHECK IN TIME.)

FREE CHECK IN: 11:30 am to 21 pm

LATE CHECK IN CHARGES:
25 euros (21:01 pm to 23:00 pm)
50 euros (23:01 pm to 1:00 am)
75 euros (1:01 am to 11:29 am)

CHECK OUT: 11 am

SECURITY DEPOSIT/CLEANING FEE:
200 euro SECURITY DEPOSIT required(100% refundable at check out.)There is a one time 35 euro cleaning fee. (This 35 euro cleaning fee is to pay to have the apartment cleaned after your stay.)

ADDITIONAL GUESTS: (2 additonal guest are welcome to stay in the flat for a maximum of 4 people. 20 euros per night for each additonal guest + one time 5 euros additional fee added to cleaning fee.)

NO LUGGAGE STORAGE: (If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the SANTS train station or the NORD bus station.)

CASH ON ARRIVAL: (The remaining balance is due on arrival in CASH EUROS ONLY! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.)

48 HRS. CANCELLATION POLICY: (Please note that cancellation must be done at least 48hrs prior arrival time otherwise we will charge you the first night accommodation.)
